My two days off is over. Tomorrow back to work again. Today I cooked a special dinner for my husband and I. This recipe is original from my idea.
"Grilled chicken legs". I marinated for 24 hours with adobo mix (from spanish stores),salt,pepper and olive oil. Slow cooked for 2 hours.
"Grilled potatos". I boiled the potatoes with the peel on for 25-30 minutes until the potatos get done. I drain the potatos and put it in the plate.I put salt,pepper,and olive oil. after that i grilled it.
My dessert custard.
1 cup sugar for your caramel. Make your caramel 1st. and also boil 4 cups of water to steam your custard while you bake it in the oven.
7 eggs, 2 yellow yolk.
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
Mix all ingredients together. And put in the pan with the caramel.Then get a big size baking pan and pour in the boiled water.Put the pan with custard mix in the pan with boiled water.Then put it in the oven 350 degree for 40 minutes.

Moving to another State
Moving to another state or country is a big hassle. Specialy if you don't have enough help. My Husband and I are planning to move to the philippines when he retires soon. I told him if we move to the philippines I want to bring our stuff for our house. Because that is our memory together. He told me Yes, He's going to search in the internet about shipping movers for international. So that we can bring our stuff to philippines.

Sweetheart Salad
If you want to cooked a dessert for your loveones this coming valentines day. Try this recipe. Its easy to prepared.
9 oz. raspberry jello
4 cups boiling water
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of finely chopped celery
2 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups chopped pecans
1 can whole cranberries
Procedures
Combine Jello with boiling water and sugar. Add whole cranberries and pineapple with juice to Jello mixture. Refrigerate once Jello mixture is lukewarm and add the chopped celery and pecans. Serve cold. Serve for 12.
Keeping Roses Fresh
Follow these tips for keeping your roses loooking Valentine's Day fresh.
*Before arranging roses,remove any leaves from the stem that will be under water in a vase.
*Use a sharp knife to trim 1 to 2 inches from the stems.
*Place roses in a vase of tepid water,and keep them out to direct sunlight and away from hot and cold drafts.
*If possible, move roses to a cooler area at night or keep them refrigerated.
*Add a little bit of lemon-lime soda to the water to help keep loooking fresh.
*Check the water level daily and replace the water if it start to appear cloudy.

Today is my friday.Because tomorrow is my day off. I took a early release note today.So that I can go home early. When im on my way going to the tunnel I saw snow white with her hostess between the pick up package building and city hall. I take off my vest and I wear my long sleeve.So that i can took picture with her. Since there's not a long line.
